C.C. Conway, 44, a resident of Cleveland, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Feb. 7, 2011.

He was preceded in death by his father, Crawford C. Conway Sr.; and his stepmother, Barbara Conway.

He was an employee of Renfro Corp. for 26 years.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland and was also an active member of the Cleveland Emmaus community. He loved his church, loved people and loved his family.

Survivors include his wife, Keri Hayes Conway; sons: Brandon Conway and Sean Conway; daughter, Emily Conway; mother, Mary Conway Fowler and her husband, Maylon, all of Cleveland; brothers: Joe Conway his wife, Sharon, and their children, Ian and Hannah, of Cleveland, and George Conway and his wife, Nicole, of McDonald; sister, Julie Conway Crockett, her husband, Travis, and their children, Bailey and Allie of Chattanooga; stepsisters: Sharon Bratta and her husband, Bob, of Knoxville, Lesa Hicks of Cleveland and Sharon Morrow of Cleveland; stepbrothers: Faron Fowler and his wife, Kim, of Hendersonville, N.C., and Donnie Couch of Cleveland; and several friends and loved ones.

A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, at the former First Baptist Church location in downtown Cleveland on Church Street with Pastor Allan Lockerman, Pastor Jim Gibson and Rodney Fitzgerald officiating.

Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

The body will be at the church for viewing on Thursday one hour prior to the service at 2 p.m.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 this evening in the North Ocoee Chapel of Rush Funeral Homes.
