She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was an executive administrative assistant at M&M Mars with 26 years of service.
She was the daughter of the late William Verlin Arthur and Betty Ruth Fricks Arthur.
She is survived by her eight brothers and sisters: Jimmy Wayne Arthur, Betty Gail Wilson, both of Ringgold, Ga., Ronald Lee Arthur of Cleveland, Nancy Marie Davis of Rossville, Ga., Patricia Ann Christopher of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., Cynthia Darlene Potts of Rock Spring, Ga, William “Bo” Arthur and Timmy Arthur, both of Ringgold; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as good friend, Perry Edgemon of Cleveland.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Minister Robbie Eversole officiating.
Her family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home and requests friends bring pictures to display during the visitation.
