The Trousdale School participated in Area 4’s Special Olympics Basketball Tournament Feb. 18. UTC hosted the event for the second year at Maclellan Gymnasium, where 10 teams from around the area competed for first place. Trousdale had two teams competing, and both teams brought home third-place trophies in their divisions. Trousdale School’s Jerry Howard, who coached one of the teams, stated, “We’re very proud of all of them. The students really played their hearts out!”
