Nikia Hope Weldon, 4, daughter of Jennifer Weldon and Gavin Fain, passed away Friday, March 11, 2011, at her residence.

She was born July 6, 2006, in Kingsport.

Other survivors include her brother, Kyler Weldon; maternal grandparents, Guy and Dorothy Frazier of Blountville; paternal grandparents: Allen Fain and wife, Debbie, and Nancy Leonard and husband, Ken, all of Cleveland; uncles: Jonathan Frazier and wife, Stacey, of Blountville, and Heath Fain, of Chatsworth, Ga.; and several cousins.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Blountville with the Rev. Scottie Sexton officiating.

The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.
