June DeBord, 77, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday afternoon, March 28, 2011, at the residence.

She was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Shultz Hyler Branham and Waldon Dallas Branham. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Preston DeBord; and brother, Leo Branham.

She was a retired school teacher after 20 years of service, retiring from the Roanoke (Va.) School System.

When she moved to Cleveland she worked at Wesley Memorial Preschool. She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her son, Emory DeBord and his wife, Tina, of Ringgold, Ga.; sisters: Reba Branham of Salisbury, N.C., Vivian Moore of Charlottesville, Va.; brother, Clyde Branham and his wife, Frankie, of Virginia; sister-in-law, Ellie Branham of Saltville, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March, 31, 2011, at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Carolyn Braddy officiating.

A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2011, in Knollkreg Memorial Park in Abingdon, Va.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
