He was also survived by his sister, Kallie Hixson; paternal grandparents: Cheryl and Randy Holloway of Ocoee and Danny and Mary Hixson of Old Fort; maternal grandparents: Charlene and Gary Helton of Benton; paternal great-grandparents: Virginia and Browning Thomas of Ocoee; maternal great-grandparents: Johnnie Sue and Oddisy Walden of Ocoee and Joyce Helton of Cleveland; an aunt, Laura Dye of Old Fort; and an uncle, Nathan Hixson of Cleveland.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2011, from Fellowship Baptist Church in Benton with Pastor Allen Self officiating.
Interment will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery with Danny Hixson, Randy Holloway, Gary Helton, and Nathan Hixson serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the church.
