THE CLEVELAND BLUE RAIDERS honored the school’s 1986 soccer team with a ceremony at halftime Thursday when the Raiders played McMinn County in a District 5-AAA match. The ’86 Raiders were the first CHS soccer team and went on to win the state championship. This year’s Blue Raiders swapped goals with the powerful McMinn Cherokees Thursday for a 2-2 tie.
