She was the daughter of the late Annie Towns Rawlins and Mathis Rawlins. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hawkins; and her brothers: Jasper Rawlins and Billy Rawlins.
She attended Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her one sister, Myrtice Bass of Cleveland; her niece, Anna Campbell of Cleveland; great-niece, Lisa Reagan of Cleveland; great-nephew, Rodney Campbell of Knoxville; two great-great nieces: McKayla Reagan and Victoria Reagan; two great-great nephews: Carl Campbell and Ryan Campbell; and her Golden Corral family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
