She was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. West; daughter, Darlene Little; brothers: Arnold Tippens, Jim Tippens and Ray Tippens; and sisters: Ruby Fox and Buncie Grubb.
She was retired from Maytag as a time keeper with 40 years of employment.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2011, at the North Ocoee Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with the funeral to held at 1 p.m. Monday.
Survivors and complete arrangements will be announced by the funeral home.
