Lillian Irene Crowe, 70, of Cleveland, died Saturday, May 14, 2011, in a Chattanooga health care facility.

She graduated in 1958 from Charleston High School and was a member of Burlington Heights Baptist Church. She was employed with Hardwick Clothes for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Essie Farris Derrick.

Survivors include four children: Jeffrey Crowe, Kathy Ellis and Terese Tenpenny, all of Cleveland, and Sonya Akins of Turtletown; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Lynn Derrick of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2011, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Revs. Lake Walker and Bill Ellis officiating.

Interment will follow in Cohulla Baptist Church Cemetery.

Drake Collins, John Ellis, Jonathan Smith, Jerry Ellis, Rick Shoemate and Ronnie Tenpenny will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 this evening at the funeral home.
