Applications are still being taken for the Polk County 4-H Camp.

The Polk County 4-H Summer Camp at Camp McCroy will kick off with Teen Camp June 13 through 16 for seventh through 12th grade 4-H members.

The following week June 20 through 23 will be Junior 4-H Camp for fourth through sixth-grade 4-H members. The cost of these camps is $100.

July 28 and 29 will be Junior Heritage Skills Camp. This camp offers campers an opportunity to discover Pioneer Living. The cost of Heritage Camp is $55.

All applications must be in by that June 1 to attend camp and the camper has to be a Polk County 4-H member. Applications will not be taken after that date.

The camp is open to all members of the Polk County 4-H Clubs, regardless of race, color, age, national origin, sex, or disability.

This includes meals, snacks, field trip, and a 4-H Camp T-shirt. 4-H Camp is a recreational, educational, inspirational experience.
