Healing room training planned at Living Word
Healing room training will be offered on Saturday at Living Word Church, 930 25th St.
Registration will be from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Sessions one and two are set for 9 to 11:30 a.m. The Dutch treat lunch is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the third and fourth session is from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
Cost is $20. Payment can be made at the church office or the morning of the classes.
There will be no childcare provided.

Apison Baptist Disaster
Relief Center hours changing
The Apison Baptist Church Disaster Relief Center hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily through May 31, with the exception of Sunday, when hours will be noon to 6 p.m.
Beginning June 2, the center will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 4 to 8 p.m., with its final day of operation on June 18.
The center provides clothing, nonperishable food items, cleaning supplies and personal items for those affected by the tornado and the related storms.
The center is located at 11127 Old East Brainerd Road in Apison.
