DRIFTING DOWNSTREAM, toy ducks make their way to the finish line in the Mix 104.1 Great Cleveland Duck Race Friday. The first 50 ducks to reach the finish line were put in the drawing for a personal watercraft valued at $10,000. And the winner is Patty Smith. Smith stands with Steve Hartline after being announced as the winner. Smith said she had never won anything in her life until that moment.
