Tammie Sue Moore Ensminger, 52, of Cleveland, died Sunday, July 10, 2011, at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Mary Ellen Lewis Moore.
Survivors include her brothers: Buster Lewis of Benton and Tony Moore of Cleveland; sisters: Sheila Fairbanks of Decatur and Pam Green of Cleveland; children: Jeremy Kazy and Shauna Kazy McDonald, both of Cleveland; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 8 this evening July 12, 2011, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Guinn Green officiating.
Interment will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Benton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening at the funeral home prior to the service.
