John “Jimmy” Williams, 73, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at his residence.

He was a truck driver for Shaw Industries for 10 years and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Katie Haulk Williams; and son, Ricky Snyder.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Williams; sons: Johnny Williams, Greg Snyder and Jeff Snyder; and daughter, Rhonda Johnson, all of Cleveland; brother and sister-law, Jackie and Linda Williams of Ooltewah; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 7 p.m. today, July 29, 2011, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Jeannie Cissom officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 this evening at the funeral home prior to the service.
