Rachel Boltniew of Cleveland has been selected as the winner of Bowater Employees Credit Union's Annual $2,000 College Scholarship.

Boltniew is a graduate and valedictorian of Bradley Central High School, and this fall she will begin her undergraduate studies at Lee University.

“BECU is proud to have Rachel representing her credit union and her community at Lee University,” said Kim Gunter, vice president of marketing of BECU.
