Upscale, contemporary living can be found in these stylish townhomes, this week’s featured Home(s) of the Week.

These new dwellings are ready to move into and are perfect for the busy individual, couple or family.

For $109,900, it’s first-come, first-served. One of the townhomes is already sold at this time and that’s a good indicator of the quality, according to the builders.

3-D Construction and Todd Walker are the owners and builders of these unique homes located in Stonebriar, off Old Tasso Road near the intersection of Blythe Ferry Road.

These modern, custom townhomes include many of the amenities found in today’s larger homes. Shopping and dining is nearby.

Each unit has more than 1,200 square feet.

Three units are available. The floor plans are different for the middle townhome units. It is buyers’ choice, but all have multiple bath options.

Each unit is complete with high-speed Internet, security system, cable, utilities and other amenities.

Hardwood flooring was utilized in the main living areas of the home such as the kitchen and living room.

Custom paint colors are also evident throughout the units, which have two large bedrooms.

The kitchen is supplied with stainless appliances and custom raised-panel cabinets made of cherry with a glaze provided to soften the finish of the wood.

Solid granite countertops were used in the modern kitchen. Brushed stainless plumbing fixtures were used as accents. A utility area was also furnished in the kitchen and is neatly tucked away behind closed doors.

The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate bigger furnishings. Accent lighting is also provided in the master bedroom area as well as other rooms.

Large walk-in closets were also designed in the floor plans. The master bath features a granite topped vanity and travertine tile. A full shower-tub combination is provided in both full baths.

Rubbed-bronze lighting fixtures are also placed throughout the units. The units have been equipped with ceiling fans, stabilized cellulose insulation and are built with TVA Energy Right codes in mind for energy savings.

As for the exterior of the townhomes, the facade is finished in brick and architectural shingles. Copper-styled gutters and downspouts were added for an old-world look.

Landscaping is in place and the sod is down. Each unit has a privacy fence and concrete patio.

These homes are ready to move in upon the buyer’s need.

An open house is planned for Sunday from 2 until 4 p.m.
