Wilbur D. Wright, 85, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during World War II. He will be missed by all of his friends from the North Cleveland Towers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William B. Wright Sr. and Nancy Vestal Wright; and his twin brother, William Wright.
Survivors include one nephew, Michael Landrum and his wife, Bonita, of Cleveland; and one cousin, Martha Smith and husband, Robert, of Sevierville.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 2, 2011, at Grissom Funeral Home with the Rev. Travis Porter officiating.
Interment will be held in Shreveport, La.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 today at the funeral home prior to the service.
