Hi, 1971 classmates of Bradley Central High School. Has it really been 40 years? Time has escaped us and now it’s up to you and me to re-unite the classmate bonds and keep the fire ignited in the years to come.

On Sept. 17, the 1971 classmates will join together to reminisce on good times, old times, and sad times as well, as we remember some very special classmates who have already left us. See you at the Mountain View Inn at 6:30 p.m.

It has been 40 years since the last four-year graduating class left the halls of the Bradley Central High School on Ocoee Street. If you cannot be there, please update the form and send it to Sue Cross so we can keep in touch.

Consider the years, and instead of wondering who is doing what, and where everyone is now, let’s not miss this opportunity to get together and find out where life has taken each of us these last 40 years. We will dine together and have a little fun figuring out who we are now. Some will be fat, some will be thin, some will be gray and some will be glad just to have skin!

Be yourself, dress casually, come and relax — you may find there’s some who you want to make plans to meet again, and soon. Remember, we will never have a chance to celebrate and get reacquainted at our 40th ever again. Fifty will be creeping up on us before the night of Sept. 17 even ends.

The 1971 classmates who have already registered can’t wait to find out if you have registered, too. We will still accept your form — mail it today. If you do not have one, couldn’t download it or misplaced it, call Sue Cross at 423-284-5020, Claudia Dill at 423-595-7959, or visit Facebook to contact Gary Miller, Maxine Bean, Paulette Ingram, Shirley Lawllan or Rhonda Howard and we will find a way to get you a form.

Keep our classmates in your prayers that everyone will have a safe trip to Cleveland for this special reunion. Many will be traveling a great distance to be with us.

Below are the names of those for whom we have not been able to reach. Call if your name is on this list or you have any information regarding any of them.
