Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Plank Clowers of Cleveland; children: Joseph P. Little and Anna Laurie Watkins; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 8, 2011, at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with military honors.
