An open house is set for this weekend for prospective buyers to view them.

These new abodes are ready to move into and are perfect for the busy individual, couple or family. For $119,900, it’s first-come, first-serve. The builders have completed their installations, including landscaping in this close-to-everything community.

Dustin Hawkins is the owner of these unique homes located in Stonebriar Drive, off Old Tasso Road near the intersection of Blythe Ferry Road. These modern, custom townhomes include many of the amenities found in today’s larger homes. Each unit has approximately 1,200 square feet.

Four units are available. Each townhome has two full baths and a half-bath.

Each unit is complete with high-speed Internet, a security system, cable TV, utilities and other amenities.

Hardwood flooring was utilized in the main living areas of the home, such as the kitchen and living room. The floorplan provides plenty of open and airy space.

Custom paint colors are also evident throughout the units which have two large bedrooms.
