Montez B. Pettit, 76, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday morning, Sept. 14, 2011, at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Agnes Bullard. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Pettit; and brother, James Bullard.
She is survived by three daughters: Peggy Pettit of Cleveland, Sandra Dunn of Crossville, and Joyce Carpenter of Cleveland; one grandson, Jeremy Fox and his wife, Alicia, of Cleveland; three great-grandchildren: Haley Fox, Jake Fox and Megan Fox; and her loving pet Shadow.
A private graveside service and interment were conducted for the family in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tommy Marr officiating.
Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel, was in charge of the arrangements.
