The CMS Blue Raiders started off strong with an early touchdown by Raquan Dodd and 2-poit conversion by Pierce Colins. Dodd added another TD before the end of the first half making the score 14-0 in spite of some imnpressive defensive plays by many Colts including Grayson Rountree who had a interception.
After some adjustments by the coaching staff, the Colts came out in the second half ready to respond. Hunter Duggan led the scoring with two 60-yard TD runs for a total of 12 points. Quarterback Cole Copeland ran in a 2-point conversion to tied the game at 14-all forcing overtime.
The Colts held the Raiders on their first possession in overtime, then were able to get to the end zone after three plays. Duggan again was responsible for adding six more to the Colts’ total making the final score 20-14.
