Nomination forms are available at the Bradley County Veterans Affairs Office at 1550 Ocoee St., Room 105, in the Courthouse between Broad and Ocoee streets in downtown Cleveland. Completed nomination forms can be returned by Nov. 4, to Room 105.
Veterans do not have to be a member of a veterans organization to be eligible. The nominee form will include the candidate’s name and address. It will also provide educational information and a brief history of the individual’s military service.
The recipient will be announced Nov. 11 at the community’s annual Veterans Day program, traditionally held at Johnston Park in downtown Cleveland.
