Four trailer tires were taken from a yard on Cherry Laurel Trail during the weekend, according to a report filed with the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy Andrew Coggin responded to 192 Cherry Laurel Trail and spoke with Adam Griffith, who said he had put the new tires in the front yard. Griffith said the tires had been seen Friday by his wife, but when he returned home from work Saturday, the tires had been stolen.

According to the report, the tires were valued at $600.

n Bradley County authorities were also dispatched to a Strawhill Church Road residence where a pontoon boat was reportedly stolen.

According to the report filed by deputy Darren Miller, Craig Gray said someone took his 1986 Lowe-Pro boat and Evinrude 40 horsepower motor from where he had it stored at his grandmother’s home.

Serial number information was obtained and entered into the National Crime Information Center’s database.

The boat and motor were valued at $5,500.

Investigation is continuing.

n Deputy Miller also filed a report at a Ledford Calfee Road residence where an outbuilding was burglarized.

According to his report, Brandon Shepard said someone entered the unsecured shed and took an amplifier and a 12-inch Orion subwoofer speaker and cabinet.

Shepard said he noticed the door to the shed open and began to investigate, discovering his property had been taken.

Shepard then notified the Sheriff’s Office to file the report.

According to Shepard, the missing items were valued at $150.

n Deputy Paul Silveria filed a theft report for a Johnson School Road resident Friday.

According to his report, Silveria met with Timothy Cranfield, who said someone took his 12-foot utility trailer from his yard.

The trailer was parked in the yard but was near his driveway, according to Cranfield’s information.

The trailer was described as being 12-feet long and 5-feet wide, black with white wheels and with a drop-tailgate. The trailer also had damage to the rear left side rail.

Cranfield assessed his loss at $550, according to the report.
