She was a member of Covenant Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Russell and Laura Moses Lawson.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Reneau, of Cleveland; three children: Michael Reneau (Susan) of Cleveland, David Scott Reneau (Denise) of Tennga, Ga., and Brian Reneau of Cleveland; three grandchildren: Kayla Brooke Reneau, Kristina Reneau and Megan Gray; great-grandchild, Kari Lynn Marie Gray; sister, Elizabeth Kennett of Cleveland; and two brothers: Blaine Lawson and Kenneth Lawson, both of Cleveland.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Lester Shubert officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Fike Funeral Home.
