BRADLEY COUNTY Fire Rescue officials rescued a couple of boaters Wednesday afternoon after their engine failed as they traveled on the Hiwassee River in Charleston. The boaters called 911 for aid and Charleston Police, along with BCFR, searched the river. They found the couple a short time later.
