AT THE ANNUAL KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL PANCAKE BREAKFAST, Mayor Tom Rowland of the city of Cleveland, who has volunteered to help with meals at all five of these events, is serving buttermilk pancakes and sausages to Rich and Betty Ballard, both KAB members. KAB is a non profit, educational organization, which tries to educate people about litter reduction, recycling and improving waste handling practices.
