Scoops & Burgers had a ribbon cutting recently, organized by the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce. Pictured above and cutting the ribbon is Frank Kolhouse, owner, along with his family and staff. Also in attendance was Mayor Tom Rowland, City Councilman George Poe, and Chamber Ambassadors and staff. Scoops & Burgers offers a variety of your favorite styles of hot dogs and burgers.
