STATE Rep. Eric Watson was the special speaker for a Cleveland Civitan Club meeting. He has recently been appointed to be a member of the Tennessee Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee. The purpose of the council is to identify major issues in the criminal justice system that are harming public safety and recommend changes that will increase both public safety and efficiency.
