She was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Thomas Triplett and Lydia Adaline Woody Triplett; husband, James Cavett; and daughter, Mary Ruth Locke.
She is survived by her sons: Ray Cavett of Ocoee and Ron Cavett of Cleveland; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three great- great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 28, 2011, at Smyrna Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Cheatham and the Rev. Jim Parm officiating.
Interment will follow in Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
