She was a member of Four Point Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late, Alex Richeson and Annie Ruth Campbell Richeson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Casteel; and her son, Thomas Leonard Casteel; and one grandson.
Survivors include four daughters: Joanne Davis, Joy Frazier, Elaine Sanders and Kathy Crisp; three sons: William Bill Casteel, Ben Casteel and Mark Casteel, all of Cleveland; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Sarah Varnell; one brother, James T. “Buster” Richeson; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today , Dec. 12, 2011, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Caffrey officiating.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
