He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Thompson Wiggins; and father, James Henry Wiggins.
He is survived by his wife, Dean Moss Wiggins, of Delano; daughter, Marion of Cleveland; son, William Ray Wiggins of Delano; two granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; brother, George Wiggins of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. today, Dec. 29, 2011, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Jasper Woody officiating.
Interment will follow in Benton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on from 1 to 3 p.m. today at the funeral home prior to the service.
