Dream to Achieve hoops tournament under way

100 Black Men of Bradley County is hosting its first Dream to Achieve basketball tournament this week to provide scholarships for local high school graduates. The tournament, which began on Tuesday, has attracted 12 grade-school teams to participate.

Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children under 12 years old. For more information, contact Alphonso Martin at 423-599-1875.
