The following are some of the suggestions:
- “The underpass on 17th Street gets flooded quite easily when it rains, and it is not possible to continue on the Greenway without slipping and sliding up and down the muddy hill on the south side. If a sidewalk were added from the street to the Greenway on the south side, it would help.”
- “More doggy bag dispensers are needed, and signage to remind everyone to clean up after their pets. I love to see all the dogs out; however, no one wants to step in their droppings on the sidewalk. And, the grassy areas on the sidewalk edges can also get very messy too.”
- “The police only seem to patrol when the weather is at its most lovely, and in the late afternoon or early evening. They may want to patrol the underpasses at other hours of the day and night. How about a phone number to call if anyone is seen defacing the Greenway?”
- “As a person who tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle and drinks a lot of water, at times I find it is not possible to make it from one end to the other now without more than one restroom break. Please consider adding more bathrooms along the way or at least drop a portable bathroom facility in at least one more place toward the other end right now.”
- “There are more than enough benches to sit on which I rarely see people doing; most [Greenway visitors] are moving.”
- “It would be such a pleasure to walk the Greenway during the holiday season if it were decorated with Christmas lights. Individuals and major industries in the area (could) donate toward putting the lights up in several areas of the walkway. The Greenway would be beautiful if decorated with bright Christmas lights each year. What a wonderful evening walk for a person or family.”

And thank you to all who keep it clean for our enjoyment, including quickly clearing the underpasses after a rain so we can keep enjoying the walkway.”

It is absolutely beautiful! For so many years the only good place to walk with sidewalks was Ocoee Street and now we have a choice!”
- “I started walking the Greenway in the very beginning when it was just a very short distance. I very much enjoy walking from one end to the other and am very appreciative of the restroom that has been added.”
