She retired from Hardwick Clothes after 38 years of service.
She was a member of Old Ocoee Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Christopher Columbus Keith and Hue Ella Fay Yates Keith; husband, Carl S. Triplett; brothers: Major Keith and Eugene Keith; and sisters: Minnie Tallent, Pearl Triplett and Bonnie Wood.
She is survived by her daughters: Charlotte Silvers and Diane Buck, both of Benton; son, Charles Triplett and wife, Teresa, of Cleveland; grandchildren: Jill Roberts and fiancé, Cory Parish, of Benton, Eric Silvers and wife, Kathy, and Scott Silvers and wife, Sharon, all of Cleveland, Eddie Wilbanks of Kingsport, Terry Alexander of Cleveland and Brad Triplett and wife, Joy, of Virginia; great-grandchildren: Shane Roberts, MacKenzie Roberts, Sydney Silvers, Tanner Silvers, Emaline Silvers, Austin Silvers, Kevin Silvers, Anna Silvers, Kannon Alexander, Aaliyah Alexander and Serena Triplett; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at Old Ocoee Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Hatcher officiating.
Eric Silvers, Shane Roberts, Terry Alexander, Bill Triplett and K.W. Triplett will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Keith and Scott Silvers.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Higgins Funeral Home prior to the service.
