She is the granddaughter of the late Nancy Calfee Barker and John Barker of Florida.
A graduate of Cleveland High School, she is currently employed at Receiva in medical billing.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Horatio and Lula Wilcox and the late Raymond and Clara Chase of Pennsylvania.
He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and a self-employed contractor.
