BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Sarah Sharp Wangaard, formerly of Cleveland, was recently promoted to director of digital marketing at Hibbett Sporting Goods Inc. where she will oversee the digital and mobile marketing strategy for the company.

While at Hibbett Sports, Sarah has held several roles, including website coordinator and digital design and communications manager. She is a 2003 graduate of Cleveland High School and a 2007 cum laude graduate of Lee University with a bachelor’s in communications - public relations. She is the daughter of Judge Michael Sharp and Melanie Sharp of Cleveland. She now lives in Birmingham, Ala., with her husband, Elias, and 3-year-old daughter, Leah.
