Eula Lea Crisp, 73, a resident of McDonald passed away Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, in a local hospital.

She was born on Aug. 25, 1938, in Monroe County, a daughter of the late John and Bonnie Taylor.

She has lived in the Bradley County area for more than 56 years.

She was of the Baptist faith and worked for many years at American Uniform Company. She was very dedicated to her family and will be most remembered for being a loving and wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dee Crisp; and four brothers: Clarence Taylor, Fate Taylor, Earnest Taylor and Raymond Taylor.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory a daughter, Donna Crisp; son Jimmy Crisp; seven grandchildren: Jason Schoate, Christy Crisp, Jimmy Crisp, Wynonna Banther, Jared Crisp, Robbie Crisp and his wife, Heather, and Shontail Crisp, five great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Reath and Barbara Taylor; and a host of other extended family members.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at the at Mount Olive Church of God Sams Building, at the top of Mount Olive Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Sears officiating.

Interment will follow in the Mount Olive Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Mount Olive Sams building from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012.

The body will lie in repose one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
