The winners for the Bradley County 4-H Public Speaking contest have been announced. Fourth-grade winners are, first place, Julie Bryant of Michigan Avenue; and second place, Jeremiah Allen of Michigan Avenue. Also in the photo are Ed McCartney, Kiwanis member; Nancy McCartney, 4-H Volunteer; and Chris Newton, Kiwanis member.
