She was the daughter of the late Opal Coleman Goode and Hershel W. Goode. Her former husband, R.C. Wiseman, also preceded her in death.
She enjoyed playing cards, gospel music and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was a member of Freedom Worship Church.
Survivors include her daughters: Debbie Mowery and Cindy Boone, both of Cleveland, and Lisa Shelton and her husband, Dwight, of Mount Airy, N.C.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her companion, Wallace A. Pearce of Cleveland; sister, Lois Eva Wyatt of Cleveland; her brothers: Hoyt Lewis Goode and his wife, Linda, of Richmond, Va., Lester Lynn Goode and his wife, Michelle, of Blue Ridge, Ga., Roy Edward Goode and his wife, Margaret, of Turtletown; and several nieces and nephews.
The Remembrance of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2012, from the Wildwood Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with the Revs. J.B. Shelton and Jessie Milsaps officiating.
Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with David Goode, Darryl Roderick, David Mowery, Jeffery Trenter, Chris Boone and Joel Lawson serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
