The library has a wonderful program called “Book Buddies.” Book Buddies is a volunteer service offered by the library to bring books to Bradley County residents who, are homebound.

Special volunteers, or Book Buddies as we call them, deliver books or audio tapes to a housebound patron’s home. All of the library’s collection of fiction and nonfiction, regular and large print as well as books on tape or CDs, are available.

Currently we are looking for people to become volunteers for this Book Buddy program. Please call the library at 472-2163, ext. 141, if you are interested in volunteering for this program or if you know of someone who could use this service.
