Survivors include his mother, Sheila Johnson Finnell; his father and stepmother, Jerry and Mary Ann Elrod, all of Athens; and brother, David Eiche of Knoxville.
The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. today, April 12, 2012, in the chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home in Athens.
Interment will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McMinn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening prior to the service at the funeral home.
