She was retired from Duracell and was of the Baptist faith.
She loved NASCAR and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Alpha Wills; her husbands: Leland Carlton and Floyd Jones; infant brother, Eunice Wills; brothers: Ralph Wills and Clinton Wills; and sister, Eulalia Geren.
She is survived by her son, Roy Carlton of Cumberland, Furnace; five grandchildren: Randy Carlton of Cleveland, Roy Carlton Jr. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Matthew Carlton of Monticello, Ill., Rene` Carden of St. Augustine, Fla., and Rachel Maison of Cleveland, Ohio; six great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Jo Wills; and special friends, Juanita Cooper and Wendy Setlich.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Johnny Hood officiating.
A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
