He attended Stetson University. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was formerly employed with Florida Power and Light as a fleet fuel manager.
He loved to fish and enjoyed hunting, traveling and was a member of Campers on Mission.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Horne Mullins.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Mullins, of Benton; sons: Ron Mullins, Flowery Branch, Ga. and Craig Mullins, Birmingham, Ala.; stepson: Aubrey Siehl; brother, Jon Mullins; and sisters: Barbara Gammon and Karen Mullins.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 28, 2012, from 2 to 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Benton with a memorial service following at 3 p.m. at the church with Dr. Robbie Speights officiating.
