These new homes are ready to move into and are perfect for the busy individual, couple or family. Starting at $99,900, it’s first-come, first-serve.
One of the townhomes is already taken and there are three more from which to choose. The builders have completed their installations, including landscaping in this close-to-everything community.
Dustin Hawkins of D&S Custom Homes is the owner and builder of these unique homes located on Woodlawn Avenue.
These modern, custom townhomes include many of the amenities found in today’s larger homes. Each unit has approximately 1,200 square feet. Three units are still available.
Each townhome has two full baths and a powder room which is located on the main level. Each unit is complete with high-speed Internet, a security system, cable TV, utilities and other amenities.
Hardwood flooring was utilized in the main living areas of the home. The kitchen floor was finished with tile. The floorplan provides plenty of open and airy space. Custom paint colors are also evident throughout the units which have two large bedrooms. The kitchen is supplied with stainless appliances and custom raised-panel cabinets. Solid granite countertops were used in the modern kitchen.
