She was preceded in death by her mother, Eula Mae Guisinger.
Survivors include her children: Joey Juarez of Forsyth, Ga., John Juarez of Culloden, Ga., and Molly Juarez, also of Culloden; her father, Richard Guisinger of Cleveland; and a brother, Dean Guisinger of Cleveland.
A Remembrance of Life Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today, May 17, 2012, at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Gary Sears officiating.
