A SUMMER KIDS’ EVENT called Sky will be hosted by The Salvation Army at Cleveland’s Deer Park Monday through Friday. Sky is for kids from first through sixth grade and will run from 10 a.m. to noon each day. At Sky, faith and imagination will soar as kids discover that everything is possible with God. Children will participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and dig into yummy treats, experience electrifying Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them to trust God and test out science-fun gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Kids will also learn to look for evidence of God all around them. Each day will conclude with Fly Away Finale — a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in the Sky finale on Friday. For more information, call David Munford at 423-308-3467.
