Inaugural Scholars receive invitations to participate in a five-day conference including attending the 2013 presidential inauguration.
The scholars who attend will attend a reception where the daughters of President George Bush, Barbara Pierce Bush and Jenna Bush Hager, will speak.
In addition to attending the inauguration, the students will participate in other event celebrating the president.
Wiley was eligible for the program because she is an alumna of the National Young Scholars program.
