The rally will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Each candidate will be allotted three minutes to state their positions. There will be an opportunity to answer questions.
The public is invited.
The NAACP hopes this platform will encourage public attendance. The organization’s goal is to help people use their power with their vote. Voter registration will also be available on-site.
